Property investment company Atlas Estates has bought the Millennium Plaza building in Warsaw for EUR 76 mln, reflecting an initial yield of 8%. The 28-storey property provides some 37.300 m[sup]2[/sup] of office and commercial space. The company also acquired 50% of a 20,640 m[sup]2[/sup] plot of land in Budapest for EUR 5.5 mln.
