MetLife Investment Management has arranged a €26 mln loan to Aspen Real Estate Investments B.V. to refinance an industrial portfolio.
The portfolio consists of two industrial assets both fully let on long term leases. The properties are strategically located on attractive business parks.
The parent company of Aspen Real Estate Investments B.V. is Aspen Group LTD, a publicly traded real estate company registered on the Israeli stock exchange.
Aspen Group has local presence in the Netherlands with an office in Amsterdam and has over 30 years of experience in real estate and is active in Israel as well as in Europe.
The group owns over 350,000 m2 of yielding properties across multiple jurisdictions, rented out to over 280 tenants, at approx. 95% occupancy.
APF International B.V. acts as asset manager on behalf of Aspen Real Estate Investments B.V.
Aspen worked with Cushman & Wakefield Debt & Structured Finance and Osborne Clarke on the legal side, and Shalhav Tax & Law on the fiscal side.
