Cologne-based developer Art-Invest Real Estate has signed a project financing agreement with Hamburger Sparkasse (Haspa) for the Alter Wall 40 district development in Hamburg's city centre.
German-listed real estate company Branicks Group has sold a retail property in Bremen city centre to municipal urban developer Brestadt for €37.2 mln.
