Independent Nordic fund manager and property owner Areim has acquired eight light industrial properties in Västerås in Sweden with approximately 17,000 m2 of lettable area from Swedish peer Castellum.
German-listed real estate company Branicks Group has sold a retail property in Bremen city centre to municipal urban developer Brestadt for €37.2 mln.
