Funds affiliated to US investor Apollo Global management have closed a €800 mln debt facility with Germany's Aareal Bank to finance a pan-European portfolio of logistics properties.
German-listed real estate company Branicks Group has sold a retail property in Bremen city centre to municipal urban developer Brestadt for €37.2 mln.
