Real estate investor Altera Vastgoed has further expanded its retail portfolio with the acquisition of a convenience retail investment at Molenplein in Heerenveen, the Netherlands, from De Hoge Dennen Vastgoed.
German-listed real estate company Branicks Group has sold a retail property in Bremen city centre to municipal urban developer Brestadt for €37.2 mln.
