Germany's Allianz Real Estate confirmed on Monday that it is teaming up with Dutch retail specialist Corio to acquire the Porta di Roma shopping centre in Rome from sellers Porta di Roma Srl, controlled by Silvano Toti and Parsitalia, and Gallerie Commerciali Italia (GCI), a joint venture of Auchan and Simon Property Group.
The Grand Hotel Imperiale in Forte dei Marmi, Italy has been sold to UAE-based real estate company Emaar Properties, owner of renowned buildings such as the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall.
