Ablon Group, a real estate owner and developer in Central and Eastern Europe, has announced the opening of its first hotel development in Budapest. The Courtyard by Marriott Budapest City Center Hotel consists of 235 rooms in a newly built contemporary building that combines modern comfort and traditional refinement. It is a four star hotel with a restored historic facade located in one of the busiest squares of Pest, Blaha Lujza square, at the heart of the Hungarian capital. In addition to the hotel, the Ablon development includes 5,500 m[sup]2[/sup] of retail space, expected to open in the near future. The project also consists of 295 parking places already open to the public.
