AXA Real Estate Investment Managers (AXA REIM) has agreed to buy a 45,000 m[sup]2[/sup] portfolio of office developments in France from real estate developer Codic for some EUR 150 mln.
Swiss real estate group Investis has boosted its real estate holdings with the CHF 139 mln (€149 mln) purchase of prime residential properties in Vaud canton.
