AXA Investment Managers – Real Assets (AXA IMRA) has acquired the Meininger hotel in Rome from Dear.
The price of the deal is €26 mln.
The six-floor hotel, next to the Termini railway station, consists of 6,300 m2 and 118 rooms.
Dear was advised by Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBC) on the transaction.
Three separate jumbo loans - from banks, a new non-bank lender and the debt capital markets - show finance markets are in good health.
