We will continue this policy in the coming years and thus continue to focus on further growth of our investment portfolio, with an emphasis on sustainability and affordability.'
ASR said that the new investor was interested in 'sustainability and socially responsible investing'. The ASR fund has recently committed to, amongst other things, actively increasing the sustainability of the portfolio and its focus on the mid-priced rental segment.
