Barcelona Meeting Point, the third international real estate trade fair in Europe after Mipim in Cannes and Expo Real in Munich, opened with a symposium organised by the Urban Land Institure on Tuesday. William Kistler, ULI's European President, noted that Meeting Point had come along way since it began 10 years ago. The three-day event from November 7 to 9 at the Fira de Barcelona has attrafted 650 exhibitors from 21 countries. Some 180,000 members of the public and 20,000 professionals are expected to attend the event. The symposium is for real estate professionals and there is a general exhibition open to the public.
