A joint venture between Chancerygate and Hines has purchased a site in Redditch, Worcestershire to speculatively build 139,000 ft2 (12,900 m2) of Grade A urban logistics space.
German-listed real estate company Branicks Group has sold a retail property in Bremen city centre to municipal urban developer Brestadt for €37.2 mln.
