Dutch investment and asset manager Holland Immo Group has acquired a portfolio of 375 rental apartments from local housing developer Certitudo Capital for around €50 mln.
The apartments, held in Certitudo’s iResidence Portfolio II, are spread over five residential complexes located in the cities of Dordrecht, Rotterdam, Arnhem and Zoetermeer. The former offices have been transformed into luxury rental apartments for young professionals and are fully let.
Certitudo Capital will continue to manage the properties. Cushman & Wakefield advised Certitudo on the transaction, while CBRE acted for Holland Immo.
Holland Immo is a provider of real estate investment funds and has initiated a total of 36 funds since 2001 with a total investment volume of over € 900 mln.
The group invests in Dutch and German real estate, especially in shops, homes and garages. The 14 German retail funds initiated since 2008 have a combined investment volume of €330 mln, while the five parking funds set up since the end of 2012 have a total investment volume of €80 mln.
