Croatia’s only international logistics park has been bought by Helios Properties for around EUR 68 million. Zagreb Business Park, which has 95,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of warehousing space, is located 6 km from the Slovenian border. The sale was announced by the Park’s sole letting agent King Sturge.
Private asset management company Kryalos has completed the acquisition of a light industrial property in Rome, through its Mars fund.
