German real estate portfolio manager VIB Vermogen has purchased five properties in southern Germany for its real estate portfolio. The properties have a total investment volume of EUR 22.7mln and will be built on the 84,900m[sup]2[/sup] land VIB acquired in the first quarter of 2008. The company said the logistic centers and truck service stations are planned for completion later this year.
Private asset management company Kryalos has completed the acquisition of a light industrial property in Rome, through its Mars fund.
