European listed property giant Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) said on Thursday that it has agreed to sell a 45% stake in the Westfield Carré Sénart shopping centre in Greater Paris to French insurers Societe Generale Assurances and BNP Paribas Cardif.
