Notice to PR firms, internal marketing heads and marketing advisors: PropertyEU will soon publish its unique annual Top100Investors Deals & Dealmakers ranking of companies most active on the buy- and sell-side in Europe.
In the previous Top100Investors, firms required €1.18 bn of acquisitions and disposals to make it into the ranking.
We witnessed groups from the US, China, UK, France, and Germany leading the pack in the shape of The Blackstone Group, China Investment Corporation, CBRE Global Investors, Amundi Real Estate, DWS, AXA IMRA, and Patrizia Immobilien. But with a total of 100 companies ranked, the listing presented a Who’s Who of deal-making groups.
