Sacyr Vallehermoso (SyV)'s real estate subsidiary Testa has appointed Cushman & Wakefield and Jones Lang LaSalle to market the office space within the 236 metre high skyscraper it is developing in Madrid's Four Towers Business Area (CTBA). Sacyr is carrying out the work on the tower which will feature a five-star hotel occupying 31 floors and 21,400 m[sup]2[/sup] of office space distributed across 17 floors. Testa is the owner and the manager of the scheme, which has been designed by the architectural studio of Enrique Álvarez-Sala and Carlos Rubio Carvajal.
