Segro, the listed logistics and industrial company, has signed a deal to acquire a portfolio of Spanish land sites on behalf of its European Logistics Partnership (SELP) joint venture.
German-listed real estate company Branicks Group has sold a retail property in Bremen city centre to municipal urban developer Brestadt for €37.2 mln.
