Slough Developments France, a subsidiary of real estate company Segro, has bought a 22,000 m[sup]2[/sup] industrial and logistics building from the Imprimerie Nationale group for an undisclosed amount. The property is located in Bondoufle, northern France. The complex, situated on a 9.5 hectare site, has building rights for an additional 15,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of business space. The transaction reflects a yield of 7.25%.
