Property consultant Savills has expanded its presence in Poland with the opening of new offices in the cities of Poznan and Wroclaw. The offices will comprise office agency and property management teams, who will be working on their first assignments in each of the cities. 'Wroclaw and Poznan are two of the most important cities in Poland. It is essential for Savills as a major international property consultant to have a strong team in these markets', said Brian Burgess, head of Savills Poland. 'The office market in both cities is very under-supplied with considerable demand from all sizes of occupiers. New supply is in the pipeline and should be well received by potential tenants.'
