Hotel group Rezidor said on Wednesday it will build a new Park Inn hotel in Leuven, Belgium, with opening scheduled for the third quarter of 2010. The 133-room property will be Rezidor's second Park Inn in Belgium, adding to the group's Park Inn Liège (100 rooms) located at the airport. In a statement, Rezidor said that Park Inn is its fastest growing brand, with more than 100 new hotels starting operations in the EMEA region over the last five years and another 21,000 rooms currently under development.
