Residential Secure Income appoints new finance head

Residential Secure Income and its fund manager ReSI Capital Management have appointed James Sly as finance director, with responsibility for financial strategy and operations.

Sly’s appointment is effective immediately and he will report to Alex Pilato, Group Chief Executive. He will be responsible for all aspects of financial strategy and operations, including overseeing the firm's equity and debt programme, and preparation of the company’s accounts and reporting.
He was previously finance manager at the specialist UK lender United Trust Bank, where he was responsible for all financial reporting processes, alongside managing a number of key external adviser relationships.
