Redevco is planning to invest some EUR 45 mln in the development of a business center in Erzurum, western Turkey, newspaper Turkish Daily News reported. Construction of the complex will start in June with delivery scheduled for the first quarter of 2009, the daily said. The 85,000 m[sup]2[/sup] complex will be built on a 22,500 m[sup]2[/sup] plot of land and comprise 115 business units, a movie theatre, a hypermarket, recreation areas, as well as retail stores, and a conference room with capacity for 1,000 visitors. The company is planning to invest up to EUR 1 bn in malls, offices and logistics properties across the country, the paper added.
