Dutch retail specialist Redevco has signed a lease agreement with H&M for a retail unit in Brugg, Switzerland. The unit, part of a former UBS branch acquired in January 2008, is located in the main shopping street and opposite the train station. Refurbishment work started at the beginning of June, Redevco said in a statement.
Portuguese real estate investor and developer Bondstone is investing around €70 mln in a residential development in Belas Clube de Campo, municipality of Sintra, Portugal.
