Dutch developer Redema has entered the Polish retail market by acquiring a plot of land in Ostrow Wielkopolski to develop a new shopping centre. 'This is our first step on the Polish market as a part of our expansion in Central Europe and Turkey. Previously Redema has realised commercial and housing projects in Belgium, Germany, Slovakia, Hungary and of course in Netherlands. Ostrów is our first project here in Poland but not the last,' said Wim de Lange, the lawyer and spokesman of Redema. The investment volume for the project was not disclosed.
