Prologis announced on Tuesday that it has signed major leasing deals in the US with Kuehne + Nagel, a German provider of global logistic services and one of Prologis' main customers. The first lease, totalling just under 20,000 m2, is at the Tahoe-Reno Industrial Center, a distribution park located along Interstate 80 approximately nine miles east of Sparks, Nevada. The second lease, involving 16,500 m2, is for space at Prologis Park Tracy I, a 120,000 -m[sup]2[/sup] distribution park located in Tracy, California. Kuehne + Nagel plans to operate other spaces on behalf of multiple clients.
