Logistics provider Prologis has bought two plots of land in the A7 industrial park in Herbrechtingen/Giengen, Germany comprising 70,000 m[sup]2[/sup] and 45,000 m[sup]2[/sup] respectively. Financial details were not disclosed.
Logistics provider Prologis has bought two plots of land in the A7 industrial park in Herbrechtingen/Giengen, Germany comprising 70,000 m2 and 45,000 m2 respectively. Financial details were not disclosed.
Prologis will develop a 40,000 m2 logistics centre on the first plot, which will be entirely let to forwarding company Wilhelm Kentner Kraftwagen-Spedition, which was also the vendor of the land. On the 45,000 m2 plot, Prologis will develop five logistics units comprising 25,000 m2 in total, with 400 m2 of office space each. Completion is scheduled for 2009. Prologis said it has already received inquiries from industrial and logistics firms interested in renting the space.
