Pan-European institutional investor Patron Capital has acquired the 8,720 m2 office section of the De Westerlaantoren building, in the historical city centre of Rotterdam, in joint venture with Rubens Capital Partners (RCP).
Singapore's Mapletree Investments has acquired 31 student housing assets in the UK and Germany from Cuscaden Peak Investments for £1 bn (€1.2 bn).
