Nordic asset manager Niam has acquired two residential portfolios in Aalborg, Denmark in two independent transactions involving a total of 46,500 m2 of space.
Financial details were not disclosed.
The majority of the portfolio, 419 units, is located in DaVinci Parken, an area in southern Aalborg near the University of Aalborg and the new University Hospital, which is under construction. The remaining 44 apartments are located on the harbour front of Aalborg.
