Multi Development and Meinl European Land have said that their 55,000-m2 Forum Koszalin project in the Polish city of Koszalin is almost fully let ahead of the planned inauguration of the shopping centre in November. Progress in leasing space in the new shopping centre was revealed at a topping ceremony to celebrate the completion of the shopping centre's roof structure this Thursday.
'We are on schedule to meet the planned opening date for the second half of November,' Multi commercial manager Aleksander Buwelski said, noting that 99% of leasing contracts are already signed or in the process of being completed. Anchor tenants for the 100-store development include multiplex cinema Silverscreen, building market Castorama, hypermarket Tesco, Media Markt, and fashion brands like H&M, C&A and New Yorker. The two-storey centre will also have restaurants, cafes, bowling and other leisure activities, as well as 1600 parking spaces.
Multi Development Poland is developing the shopping centre while it is a joint investment of Multi and Meinl European Land Group.
