Nuveen Real Estate has agreed to forward fund the development of Eos, a new 121,230 sq ft (11,260 m2), high quality industrial/hi-tech scheme in Braintree, Essex. Financial details were kept confidential.
A 4-acre, freehold site at Kings Cross in the capital’s Knowledge Quarter is expected to attract international interest.
