M7 Real Estate has acquired a mixed portfolio of shops and offices across the Netherlands from pension fund administrator Stichting Pensioenfonds PGB for around €30 mln.
The portfolio consists of eight buildings including De Brink in Hengelo, and encompasses a total of 43,000 m2.
1530 Real Estate advised the vendor on the deal.
Three separate jumbo loans - from banks, a new non-bank lender and the debt capital markets - show finance markets are in good health.
