Compagnie La Lucette said on Thursday that it has signed several significant leases since the beginning of July for a total of over 30,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of office space. The new leases raise the occupancy rate in the French firm's portfolio to 98.5% and adds EUR 11 mln of annual rents.

The company said it has leased the Urbia office development in Clichy to SNCF under a 9-year rental agreement at EUR360 per m2; the Bercy Reflect, a newly refurbished 10,000 m2 property in Chanteron to a subsidiary of La Poste under a 10-year rental agreement at EUR285 per m2; over 4,000 m2 in the Colisée office building at La Defense.
