King Sturge helps fuel Shell's growth in Poland

Energy giant Shell has retained property consultant King Sturge to acquire sites for petrol filling stations in Poland. As part of its expansion policy, Shell is targeting the country's main cities as well major intercity routes, but also looking to position petrol filling stations next to major shopping centres. The focus is on sites larger than 2,000 m2, which ensure sufficient visibility and traffic flow. Although sites which already have a building permit for a petrol station are preferred, plots which do not have planning consent or even zoning will also be considered.
