King Sturge buys Scottish peer Hamilton Glen

Property consultancy King Sturge said it has acquired Glasgow-based retail property specialist Hamilton Glen as part of its continuing expansion into the retail sector. No financial details were disclosed. The deal follows the acquisition of London-based Leslie Furness in January. Charles Miller, King Sturge's national head of in-town retail, said: 'We have had plans for some time to expand our retail property services throughout the UK. This acquisition is a major step forward towards achieving this ambition.'
