Keops ceo sells 29% stake to Icelandic investor

Icelandic investment firm Fons Eignarhaldsfelag has bought a 29% stake in Danish real estate company Keops. The 52 million shares were sold by Keops ceo Ole Vagner through his holding company for DKK 1.25 bn (EUR 167 mln), or DKK 24 per share. Fons now holds a 32% stake in Keops, the companies informed the Copenhagen Stock Exchange. Vagner retains a 2.4% stake in Keops, while Baugur Group, another Icelandic investment company, owns almost 29%.
