Frankfurt-based investment company KanAm Grund said on Thursday that its Spezial grundin-vest Fonds has acquired an office building in Paris for EUR 67.5mln. The Le Dionys office building, located in the Saint-Denis southern suburbs of Paris, is the second French acquisition by KanAm in the last months, following the purchase of jeweller Cartier's head office in September for EUR 380mln. Completed in 2005, the property consists of 13,300 of space and is fully let to RSI (Régime Social des Indépendants), the French healthcare and pension institution for the self-employed sector.
