Invesco Real Estate is spending between €150 and €160 mln on the acquisition of a build-to-rent (BTR) project, part of the major SeiMilano development site encompassing 300,000 m2 to the south-west of Milan.
Irish hotel operator Dalata Hotel Group has purchased the Apex Hotel London Wall for £53.4 mln (€62.1 mln) from Apex Hotels Limited, the owner of the long leasehold interest, with 107 years remaining.
