French property developer Icade said on Monday that it has started the development of a 10,000 m[sup]2[/sup] office complex in the Colomiers suburb of Toulouse. Designed by architect Jean Francois Martinie, the scheme will comprise two separate buildings on four levels as well as 218 parking spaces. Delivery of the first asset is planned for August 2009, with the second one scheduled for October 2009.

In a statement, Icade said the building was sold last year to investor UBS Global Real Estate for an undisclosed amount. UBS also bought a second office project in 2007 from Icade. The development is located in Toulouse and offers total space of 13,000 m2.
