UK REIT Hammerson has confirmed it is in discussion with entitities related to Swiss investor Redical Holdings to sell its Victoria Gate and Victoria Quarter shopping centres for a figure close to £120 mln (€144 mln).
Sirius Capital Partners, through its Sirius Fund IV, has signed an agreement to acquire seven assets, consisting of 261 rental apartments, from Finnish construction company Hartela.
