UK pub chain Greene King has bought New Century Inns (NCI) for about £33 mln (EUR 45 mln) including debt. The company said that the acquisition is part of a move to strengthen its position in the North and North East of England.
Morgan Stanley spin-off, Proprium, made a 20-times multiple on its €65 mln equity investment in 2007 in Motel One.
