Globalworth has become the largest office investor in Poland with the acquisition of Quattro Business Park in Kraków for €139 mln, the biggest deal so far in the company’s history.
Morgan Stanley spin-off, Proprium, made a 20-times multiple on its €65 mln equity investment in 2007 in Motel One.
