Four companies lift the lid on technology at Provada in Amsterdam on 5 June

Coyote, Prologis, Round Hill Ventures, and Savills Workthere are attending the Netherlands’ largest real estate exhibition where PropertyEU will host a discussion on how these different companies are using technology to better serve clients and help their own businesses.

PropertyEU is teaming up with four companies at Provada in Amsterdam at an event that will shed light on the specific ways technology is impacting and helping businesses in Europe, including their own.

Representatives from software firm Coyote, logistics giant Prologis, venture capital company Round Hill Ventures, and Savills’ flexible office space advisor Workthere will participate in the hour-long live debate from 12pm on Wednesday, 5 June, at PropertyEU’s spot in Hall 12 – stand 49.

Provada is the Netherland’s biggest real estate exhibition held at RAI Amsterdam over three days – 4,5 and 6 June. It attracts more than 25,600 visitors and over 270 exhibitors.

PropertyEU’s live discussion promises to lift the lid on technology in the real estate industry, including behind-the-scenes strategies at these groups. Just one of the topics to be covered drills down into how large established companies like these can behave like start-ups, with start-up philosophies. Yet, though these companies are expert in providing clients with technology-driven solutions, to what extent are such companies using technology effectively enough within their own businesses?

Prologis Labs is an example of a gamechanger within its own company. Coyote, Round Hill Ventures, and Savills WorkThere have equally interesting histories either being born as technology experts applying knowledge to real estate, or real estate experts applying direct knowledge to bring forward technology solutions to help others.

Johnnie Sims, Client Services Director of Coyote; Robbert Heeklaar, VP, IT Architecture & Emerging Technologies at Prologis; Kingma Ma, VC Investor at Round Hill Ventures; and Ed Bouterse, entrepreneur & Head of Workthere Netherlands, will be in attendance.

PropertyEU is organising the discussion as a standalone rolling events business that provides the market with bespoke live set pieces as well as private roundtable discussions covering all aspects of the European real estate market. Future events are being lined up for Expo Real in Munich in October 2019 plus others.
