Polish investor and developer Echo Investment has signed an agreement with Polish company Orbis to develop a four-star Novotel hotel in Lodz. Hotel Novotel will be located in the centre of the city, and will offer 162 rooms, a restaurant, bar, business center, conference rooms, play rooms for children and a fitness club. In a statement, the company said that construction will start next year, with completion planned for 2011.
