Dutch fair appeals to international audience

Like a host of other real estate fairs in countries around Europe, the Provada in Amsterdam is making increasing efforts to attract a foreign audience. Visitors from at least 11 countries are expected to attend the three-day event that opened in the RAI conference centre in the Dutch capital on Monday. The programme includes a masterclass in international business, presented by PropertyEU in cooperation with the Urban Land Institute. Tuesday also features a session on the various real estate investment trust (REIT) vehicles in Europe, as well as a symposium on Germany hosted by ING Real Estate Finance.
