Corio's '365' shopping centre opens

Dutch retail specialist Corio said on Thursday that its '365' shopping centre in Ankara has opened its doors to the public. Last year Corio announced it had acquired the mall for about $40mln. The mall comprises a 4,000 m[sup]2[/sup] Migros supermarket, a 5,000 m[sup]2[/sup] Koctaas DIY store, a 3,000 m[sup]2[/sup] Electroworld shop, cinema, restaurants, a foodcourt and several shops over about 27,700 m[sup]2[/sup] of gross lettable area. Corio said the asset is currently 98% leased and the lease contracts are based on the euro currency. The shopping centre has parking facilities for around 1,200 cars.
