Real estate investor and developer CLI Dartriver has acquired the Zinc office and retail building at 68-86 Farringdon Road in London’s Farringdon district in a forward deal. The purchase price is £39.75 mln (€47 mln). The seller is hotel developer and operator Whitbread.
Morgan Stanley spin-off, Proprium, made a 20-times multiple on its €65 mln equity investment in 2007 in Motel One.
