Berlin-based Catella Residential Investment Management (CRIM) has acquired a portfolio of 643 units in Copenhagen and Aarhus, Denmark for €260 mln on behalf of its Catella Wohnen Europa (CWE) and Catella European Residential III (CER III) funds.
